ISRC Holds Staff Retreat

The ISRC staff met in June to plan for the center’s annual Industry Advisory Council (IAC) meeting, which will take place on September 8th at the ISU Alumni Center. The day will start with a “Think Tank” session involving IAC members and additional invited researchers and farmers. The afternoon will involve discussion of 14 soybean research ideas submitted to the ISRC for consideration of funding. 

Christie Wiebbecke, IAC chair and senior director of research for the Iowa Soybean Association was part of the daylong retreat in which the group did an initial review of the submitted research ideas.
