Ag Ingenuity and Meristem Join the ISRC

Ag Ingenuity and Meristem logosThe ISRC reached a new milestone with the addition of Ag Ingenuity Partners, the research division of Advanced Agrilytics, and Meristem Crop Performance as its newest ISRC industry partners. The center now has 20 industry advisory partners to provide guidance on research needs and funding priorities for the center. 

“The ISRC is pleased to welcome Ag Ingenuity and Mertistem as our newest partners,” said Greg Tylka, director of the Iowa Soybean Research Center and professor of plant pathology, entomology and microbiology at Iowa State. “Ag Ingenuity Partners’ experience and emphasis on fostering research and understanding how environmental conditions affect products aimed to improve crop performance will be valuable in the center’s discussions about future research needs. And, Meristem Crop Performance’s focus on producing and delivering crop inputs and technologies to farmers is notable. Their mission to maximize farmer profitability is consistent with the goals of our center at Iowa State.”

Shane Brockhoff, Iowa regional director for Meristem Crop Performance said, “Meristem is excited to be a part of the mission of the Iowa Soybean Research Center at Iowa State University. We are passionate about bringing cutting edge technology to farmers to help them reach new yield levels while maximizing return on investment and sustainability long-term.” 

Jon Bokmeyer, director of Ag Ingenuity Partners, said, “Ag Ingenuity Partners specializes in spatial agriculture research, bringing practical product and performance insights to our industry partners. Our focus on continuous improvement and innovation aligns closely with the objectives of the ISRC and we’re honored to be part of the effort to bring novel management strategies to soybean growers in Iowa.”

Ag Ingenuity and Meristem join representatives from AGCO, Albaugh, AMVAC, BASF, Bayer, Beck’s, Cornelius Seed, Corteva Agriscience, FMC, GDM, Innvictis/Simplot, Merschman Seeds, Mosaic, Nutrien, Peterson Genetics, Sound Ag, Syngenta and UPL.
