GDM Travel Grant
GDM Travel Grant Opportunity for NAPB Conference

GDM will award one, $1,000 travel grant to an ISU graduate student who plans to attend and present their research at the 2025 National Association for Plant Breeding (NAPB) Conference. This year’s conference will be held May 19-23 in Kona, Big Island, Hawaii.
The funds provided by GDM will be used to reimburse student travel expenses while also recognizing outstanding student research contributions and to allow deserving students to showcase their work on a larger platform. Please note: this award is a reimbursement of travel expenses related to the conference, meaning students will be reimbursed after the conference.
Applications with abstract should be submitted by Thursday, March 6 at 11:59pm CST. The awardee will be selected by representatives from GDM and the Iowa Soybean Research Center (ISRC) at Iowa State University. The selected student will be notified by March 25.
